Even at the very start,
we are evolving.
Contradicting an organic yearning to self-preserve…
against the drive to self-improve…
Each one of us beginning somewhere.
Set in motion by a vision; sustained by heart fire; cooled again and again.
I wonder— do we find ourselves right where we are meant to be…
if only for today?
Might I dare dream that the work we do this day…
will be the beauty we find in tomorrow.

Golly, thank you so much, but no! I really don’t know what I am doing much. I took photography my first year in college but it was not digital and it was black and white!
Also, a kabillion years ago

Elizabeth,
Thank you so much. I really have a fondness for what I believe the cycle of a caterpillars life represents!

I love this. It’s so simple but sooooo beautiful. Monarchs happen to be one of my favorites anyway but I love you that know how to do all this! The pictures are gorgeous especially the one where you can see the wing pattern through the chrysalis. All we get around here are Tiger Swallowtails and the little orange ones that always seem attracted to my dog’s poop.

You know, I could use something like this as a day’s start.
To remind myself of so many things.
I could see this in book form, such important words.
Thank you.
