Behind the scenes.

So….photobucket was abducted by aliens and we are still working out union negotiations. In the meantime, it appears that my account is still being held hostage. I tried offering my first-born child but they aren’tĀ  budging. I will keep you posted.

Despite the deafening blog silence, there has been pa-lenty going on.

Here’s a quick re-cap:

First of all, I tried to unclog the master
bathroom sink this morning and what happenend turned out to nearly be a crime.

Just ask the pirate. Wasn’t pretty.

Second of all, I rested my eyes the other day for like—–6o minutes 10 minutes.

My *crickets chirping* alarm didn’t go off on the iPod and I may have woken up to the sound of my triplets banging on the locked door because I failed to make it to the bus stop in time.

Also, we are packing for another 18-hour car ride.

Please pray. Because I don’t know if I can make it through another road trip like the one we had here.

flipflops

I’m making real good progress with our griswolds-go-wild-spring-break preparations.

So far, I have all the necessities.

Flip-flops.

Beach towels.

And smashing wide-brimmed beach hats.

You likey? The teenager is not impressed.

Brat.

Oh–and tonight I got my hair dipped in chocolate fudge brownie to cover up the gray hair.

I only had one–ya know, gray hair, but boy was it a doozie.

I have a fabulousĀ  hair artist—if you have a gray hair. Or two?

hair dye

So there ya have it.

There is a lot going on and the voices in my head are beginning to compete for attention due to the lack of ample blog time. Hope to smooth things over with all 12 of them—ya know, voices, in the next day or so.

Until then, please go listen to Sweet Emotion by Aerosmith. It’s my new favorite song.

An 18 hour car trip. You are brave. Hopefully it is to somewhere that is lots of fun!

I love me some flip flops. Nice.

I’m jealous of a trip to anywhere that means flip flops and beach towels (again those pictures, OH MY goodness, ART!) and although 18 hrs is a little much, it will be so worth it. :)

Plus you look great, I can tell you’re smiling from here.

So, do tell…who is it that dips your hair in chocolate fudge to get the gray to go away? I could really use that kind of help!

I hope you guys have a fantastic (drama free!) trip!

P.S. I love the hat. I may steal it.
